When you arrive in Northcliffe go to the Northcliffe Visitor Centre, located in the centre of town. Visitor Centre staff will assist you.
Advise them if you have booked your ticket online or will be purchasing it directly.

TRAIL GUIDE (Treasure Map)
A printed Treasure Map (trail guide) is included in your entry fee. This provides a wide range of ininsight into Understory’s artworks as well as the natural environment and cultural heritage.

AUDIO TOURS
Your entry fee includes complementary access to a range of audio tours. These can be downloaded to your electronic devices. You can listen to them while you walk the trail or enjoy them later.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE
Most people spend between 45 minutes to 1 hour out on the trail. This varies from person to person.
A slower pace can be more rewarding.
weather considerations?
We have umbrella’s you can borrow if the weather is wet.
We have sunscreen you can use on hot days.
You can fill your waterbottle in our kitchen, we can also offer you water to drink.
In stormy conditions – such as high wind, lightning strikes – we may need to close the trail. We will provide a full refund.
In cases of bushfire in the area, we will close the trail. We will provide a full refund.
